Fantastic location near Sapa attractions.

The air conditioning was extremely noisy throughout my stay. I also noticed the receptionist's attitude wasn't the best. it felt like I was bothering him every time I asked for help. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the building left much to be desired, with visible marks on the walls and a lack of cleanliness in the shower area.

the breakfast was absolutely the same every single day, how original! plus, the air conditioning was like sleeping next to a jet engine. if only I had received a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, I could have considered leaving a good review. instead, I just couldn't, not when my requests felt so meaningless.

A must-visit for warm hospitality

The team at Sapa Centre Hotel made us feel at home from the start, freshening us up in the lobby after our overnight bus journey. The views from our room were breathtaking, and they helped arrange an amazing trek to Fansipan. The breakfast spread was generous, with delightful homemade yogurt as a highlight.

My stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was delightful due to the wonderful and attentive staff. They arranged a free room upgrade, provided thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, and even allowed me to use their shower facilities after checkout. The breakfast buffet included a lovely variety of dishes.

I tell ya what, the staff were just wonderful. We were out and I left my fancy hat, but they got it back to me without cost, bless their hearts. Room had a nice lil’ balcony with a view too. Just wished breakfast had a bit more variety, but it was alright. Overall, a fine stay!

Rooms sport a stunning mountain view complete with a spacious balcony, perfect for leisurely evenings. The hot water pressure in the shower is impressive, ideal for relieving sore muscles after a day of trekking.

The hotel shows signs of wear and could use some sprucing up. for instance, some areas felt a bit run down. Also, slippery shower tiles posed a slight hazard, so having a bath mat handy made for safer bathing.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant town of Sapa, with spacious accommodations and a fantastic balcony view. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the young assistant who provided valuable help. The breakfast offered a delightful variety each morning, though the building could use some maintenance.

The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring and accessing attractions easily.

My stay was delightful with the location being just a few steps from Quang Truong Square and a short walk to the Sapa Culture Museum, which made sightseeing super easy and enjoyable. plus, the friendly staff really made us feel at home while also offering helpful information about our surroundings.

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for a night and it was super comfy. The beds were really nice and the room felt spacious. They even upgraded me, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom had all the basics, but could use a bit of cleaning. Overall, great value for a night in Sapa!
